Friday March 11, 2016 in Warsaw (Poland): Award ceremony at the Belvedere restaurant for the 2016 AIG Polish Prizes.

Saturday March 12, 2016 in Gerona (Spain) : Rafael Anson will award the AIG 2016 « Prix au Chef Pâtissier » (Spain) to Jordi Roca, restaurant El Celler de Can Roca.

Monday April 18, 2016: Award ceremony for Nicolas Cattan’s AIG “Diplôme d’Honneur”, Hotel Al Bustan (Beirut)

Friday April 22, 2016: Chef C.J. Raycroft Jr. received the 2016 AIG « Prix au Chef de l’Avenir » (United-States, East Coast)

Friday May 13, 2016: the 2016 AIG “Grand Prix de l’Art de la Cuisine” is awarded to Yannick Alleno, restaurant Ledoyen in Paris

 Wenesday 18 to Sunday 22 May 2016: The Hellenic Academy of Gastronomy is the host for a study trip (sixty participants) to discover the main food items and wines of the Cyclades archipelago during a stay and visit of the Santorin Island (Greece).

June 7, 2016 in Lisbon: Ceremony for the 2016 AIG Prizes awarded to Portuguese winners.

Wednesday June 22, 2016 : in Florence (Italy) : Ceremony for the 2016 AIG Prizes awarded to Italy : 2016 AIG “Grand Prix de la Culture Gastronomique” awarded to Prof. Giovanni Ballarini ; “Prix au Chef de l’Avenir” awarded to Enrico Panero, restaurant Eataly, Florence ; “Prix au Sommelier awarded to Attilia Giovanna Medda ; “Prix au Chef Pâtissier” awarded to Domenico di Clemente, restaurant Il Palagio Four Seasons, Florence.

Friday 26 August, Gstaad, Switzerland: 2016 AIG Prize «au Chef de l’Avenir » (Switzerland) is awarded to Manuel Stadelmann.

 Wednesday 21 September in Paris: Laurent Jeannin receives the 2016 AIG Prix “au Chef Pâtissier” (France), Hotel Le Bristol, Paris

Sunday 2 to Thursday 6 October 2016 in New York : Four days of gastronomic and cultural discoveries offered by the American Academy of Gastronomy (East Coast) in the City and close suburb.
