These prizes are awarded exceptionally to individuals or institutions not falling into the other categories of “Grand Prix”.


2018 : Grand Prix Exceptionnel de l'Art de la restauration, Restaurant de l'Hotel de Ville à Crissier (Switzerland)

2014 Nicolas AUDI, both architect and caterer in Beirut (Lebanon).

2011 Fredy Girardet, Philippe Rochat and Benoit Violier, 3-star Michelin Chefs who ran the restaurant of the “Hôtel de Ville” at Crissier (Switzerland) with the same level of quality.

2008 Gert Kaeper (Germany), a caterer of worldwide fame.

2000 (Year of the Millenium) The RED Book Michelin (tourist and gastronomic multi-country guide).

2000 Eight renowned Chefs Heinz Winkler(Germany)  Piere Winants (Belgium) Benjamin Urdiain (Spain) Paul Bocuse (France) Michel and Albert Roux (UK) Gualtiero Marchesi (Italy)  and Fredy Girardet (Switzerland )  who enlightened the gastronomic scene share the specific prize "Memory and Gratitude".
