  • Sunday, February 3, 2019 in Paris: AIG gala dinner at restaurant Lasserre for the Annual General Assembly
  • Monday, February 4, 2019: AIG General Assembly at Hotel Prince de Galles in Paris
  • Thursday 21 March 2019 in Warsaw (Poland): Board meeting of the European Academy of Gastronomy (AEG) followed by a lunch. In the evening, gala dinner of the Polish Academy of Gastronomy at Hotel Bristol with the award ceremony of the winners of the 2019 AIG Prizes (Poland).
  • Friday 22 March 2019 in Krakow (Southern Poland): Mayor’s press conference to announce the events that will take place throughout 2019 to celebrate Krakow as the 2019 European Capital of Gastronomic Culture, with the support of AEG.
  • Friday 22 March 2019 in San Francisco (USA): 2019 AIG « Chef de l’Avenir » Prize (USA West Chapter) awarded to Rodney Wages, Chef of the Avery restaurant
  • Friday 3 May 2019 in New-York (USA): at restaurant Gotham Bar and Grill, 2019 AIG « Sommelier » Prize (USA. East Chapter) awarded to Joshua Lit
  • Wednesday 8 May 2019 in Milan (Italy): The 2019 AIG Prizes (Italy) awarded during a ceremony organized at Hotel Mandarin Oriental by President Paolo Petroni
  • Thursday 16 May 2019 at Bay Head (USA NJ): 2019 AIG « Chef Patissier » Prize (USA East Chapter) awarded to Angela Goblesky
  • From Thursday, May 30 to Monday, June 3, 2019: at the invitation of Rafael Anson, President of the Real Academia de Gastronomia, AIG trip to Andalusia, (Cordoba, Seville, Cadiz, Granada).
  • June 1, 2019: during the trip to Andalusia, the 2019 AIG "Grand Prix e l’Art de la Cuisine" was awarded to Angel Le?n, Chef of Aponiente restaurant, next to Cadiz, by Rafael Anson, President of the Real Academia de Gastronomia, in the presence of Jacques Mallard, AIG Honorary President.
  • Tuesday, June 4, 2019 in Paris: Winner of the 2019 AIG Prize for Gastronomic Literature (France), Laurent Stefanini, currently Ambassador of France to UNESCO, received the diploma handed over by President Jean Vitaux at the Lasserre restaurant in Paris.
  • Friday, June 7, 2019 in Paris: François-Régis Gaudry was awarded the 2019 AIG " Multimedia Award " (France) in one of the studios of “Maison de la Radio” by Jean Vitaux and Jacques Mallard.
  • Monday, July 8, 2019 in Beirut, Lebanon: President Cheikh Fouad el Khazen presented Mireille Hayek with the "Special Grand Prix of Welcome and Tradition" in her restaurant Em Sherif.
  • Friday 4 October 2019 in Saint-Bonnet-le-Froid (France): Prize award of the 2019 AIG
    « Grand Prix Exceptionnel » to Régis and Jacques Marcon for the excellence of their cuisine of mushrooms.
  • from Wednesday 16th October to Thursday 24th, 2019: AIG trip to Southern China,  organized by the Chinese Academy of Gastronomy
  • Friday 25 October 2019: seminar of the European Academy of Gastronomy at the Krakow Congress Centre on the topic « Gastronomy, Culinary Art, Perception of taste and new Technologies », with the participation of many personalities

  • Monday 9 December 2019 in Paris: 2019 AIG 2019 « Prix au Sommelier » (France) awarded to Gaëtan Lacoste, Chef Sommelier at restaurant Le Clarence.
  • Wednesday 11 December 2019 in Paris: 2019 AIG « Grand Prix de la Culture Gastronomique » awarded to Philippe Faure, creator of the worldwide ranking of restaurants « La Liste », for his contribution to the spread of gastronomic culture in over 180 countries.
