La Lettre AIG

Every six months, the Academy edits a "Letter". Among its content are reports by the National Academies of activities and events concerning the gastronomy of their respective countries, documentation on recent publications and above all detailed minutes of the International events organised by the Academy, with particular attention to the Country where the event is taking place.


It also provides an update of all aspects of the International Academy activity.
